These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using Tokkah. By using Tokkah, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Tokkah

Tokkah is a movie discovery and recommendation service. We may add, remove, or update features at any time.

Tokkah is a doing-business-as (DBA) name of Quiz Social, Inc., 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, United States.

2. Who Can Use Tokkah

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
If you are under the age of majority in your location, you must use Tokkah with parent or guardian permission.
You are responsible for making sure your use is legal where you live.

3. Accounts and Access

Some features may require login through an identity provider.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login access secure.
Do not share credentials or try to access accounts that are not yours.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, or security risk.

4. Acceptable Use

Interfere with service operation, security, or reliability.
Use bots, scraping tools, or automation that harms the service.

Tokkah, including the software, design, branding, and service features, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tokkah for personal, lawful use.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Tokkah or our intellectual property to you.
Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders.

6. Paid Features, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features may be paid (for example credits or unlimited access periods).
Prices, currencies, and plan details may vary by region and may change over time.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
If a payment fails, we may pause or limit paid access until payment is resolved.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Tokkah may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example login providers, payment providers, or movie information sites). We are not responsible for third-party products or policies.

8. Data Use, Data Sales, and Advertising Consent

By using Tokkah, you acknowledge that we collect detailed behavior data from the app, such as watch time, skips, clicks, and interaction patterns.

We never sell your user data to third parties or anyone else.
We use detailed app behavior data to improve Tokkah and your product experience.
We do not use your data to sell ads to you or advertise to you without your explicit permission.
If we run ads, we will ask for your explicit permission first and explain what specific data you are agreeing to share for a specific ad experience.

9. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, updates, provider outages, or technical issues may affect availability.
We may change or discontinue features with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

Tokkah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokkah and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Where liability limits are not fully allowed, our liability is limited to the smallest amount allowed by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tokkah and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Tokkah at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

You agree to try to resolve disputes with us informally first by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled according to applicable law.
